この前、部屋見せてもらった家のオーナーさんから。

Hi Katsu, 
If you are still interested, I will let you rent the room of the
Sierbloem 7 for the amount of 405 euro per month inclusive gas, light and water.
The deposit is 600 euro, which will be restituted on the last day of your staying.
Take notice of 2 months at least.
Minium stay of 1 year.
No pets or musicinstruments.
Cleaning of your room when leaving 50 euro.

Extra costs of the more use of gas, water and light for 100 euro on a yearbasis.
You can pay the total amount of 405 + 600 = 1005 euro by internetbanking or by cash.
And you have to sign the contract also , so I will advise you to make an appointment
with me for tomorrow around 11.00 in the morning,
